Morgan Sindall Group secures £40 million Skipton development programme
Morgan Sindall Group plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that its affordable housing division, Lovell, has signed an agreement with specialist property developer Maple Grove Developments and Craven District Council for a £40 million development programme in Skipton, North Yorkshire.
The scheme will involve the construction of over 200 homes and a significant expansion of the town's shopping centre. Lovell will deliver the housing element of the scheme, valued at £30 million. The housing to be constructed will be a mixture of open market, affordable rent and shared ownership.
