Morgan Sindall Group appointed to £90 million housing refurbishment framework
Morgan Sindall Group plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces that its affordable housing division, Lovell, has been appointed by First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) to a £90 million housing refurbishment framework.
Lovell is one of 14 contractors appointed to the four-year framework, which will involve the refurbishment of hundreds of properties in FCHO's portfolio of 12,000 homes. Work, which will commence in the first quarter of 2012, will include kitchen and bathroom replacements, electrical and heating upgrades and external improvements.
