Appointment of Non Executive Director
The Board of Morgan Sindall plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Jon Walden (48) as a Non Executive Director from 1 May 2001.
Jon Walden is a main Board Director of Lex Service plc and is Managing
Director of its largest subsidiary Lex Vehicle Leasing. He has been involved
with Lex Service plc since 1982. Prior to that he held various roles at Rank
Xerox and qualified at Touche Ross.
John Morgan, Chairman of Morgan Sindall plc said:
'Jon has first hand experience of motivating and leading a complex service
business and his focus on customer orientation will be of immense value to the
Group.'
