Morgan Sindall PLC 10 February 2005 MORGAN SINDALL PLC Morgan Sindall JV awarded South East Hampshire NHS LIFT Morgan Sindall Plc is pleased to announce that as part of Community Solutions for Primary Care (CSPC), a joint venture between Morgan Sindall plc, Apollo Medical Partners and Barclays European Infrastructure Fund, it has signed a 20-year partnering agreement with East Hampshire Primary Care Trust and Fareham & Gosport Primary Care Trust to provide primary health and social care facilities in South East Hampshire, under a pioneering NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) agreement. Morgan Sindall's construction business, Bluestone, is the design and construct framework partner and under the LIFT agreement is expected to carry out construction works totalling some £75 million over the next five years. Initial contracts with a value of £6 million, for completion within the next 12 months, have been signed for the development of Rowner Health Centre in Gosport and Oak Park Children's Services Centre in Havant.
