Notification of Transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility
Morgan Sindall plc announces that the following directors and persons
discharging managerial responsibility of the Company notified the Company on
Wednesday 19 December that they have this week purchased the following ordinary
shares of 5p each in the Company at 1056.15p per share:
