Lovell awarded £53 million development project by Hounslow Homes

Morgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, announces today that Lovell, its affordable housing business, has been named as a development partner by Hounslow Homes and the London Borough of Hounslow.

As development partner, Lovell will work with the local authority and Hounslow Homes, which manages the London Borough of Hounslow's housing stock, to develop up to 350 new homes for rent and shared ownership in the Heston area. The contract is worth £53 million.

The programme of work is scheduled to take place on six estates over a five-year period.
