Morgan Sindall JV AWARDED £80 million AMP5 FRAMEWORK with
yorkshire Water
Morgan Sindall plc, the construction and regeneration group, today announces a joint venture between its infrastructure services division, Morgan Est, and Grontmij, a leading sustainable design and management consultancy, has been awarded a framework contract by Yorkshire Water covering the next five-year Asset Management Period (AMP). The contract is worth around £60 million to Morgan Est and work will commence in April 2010.
The project includes improvement works to clean and waste water treatment works including civil, process, mechanical and electrical engineering works from investigation and feasibility to commissioning and handover. This framework award further enhances Morgan Est's relationship with Yorkshire Water, which has been developed through the last two Asset Management Periods.
