Hemisphere Energy Corporation Share Sale

Mosman Oil and Gas Limited (AIM:MSMN) the oil exploration, development and production company, advises it has now sold its remaining shareholding in Hemisphere Energy Corporation ("Hemisphere")(TSX.V HME).

On 2 June 2017, Mosman sold 1,475,000 shares in Hemisphere for a total consideration of AUD$289,000 (20.0 (CAD) cents per share). The overall profit from the sale of the Hemisphere shares was AUD$9,741. 

The proceeds from sale will allow Mosman to continue with stated objectives.
