Directors' Shareholdings : Mr Ben Gordon
Mr Ben Gordon was awarded 45,000 Mothercare plc ordinary 50p shares
on 3 December under his equity incentive scheme. No payment is
required from Mr Gordon in respect of this award. Mr Gordon sold
18,450 of the shares awarded on 3 December at a price of 358p per
share, retaining the remaining 26,550 shares
Following this announcement, Mr Gordon holds 406,949 Mothercare plc
ordinary shares being 0.47% of the Company's issued share capital and
voting rights.
The Mothercare Employee Trust subsequently re-acquired the shares
disposed of by Mr Gordon at a price of 358p per share. The shares
acquired by the Mothercare Employee Trust will be used in fulfilling
future incentive share scheme awards made by Mothercare plc. The
Trust holds 3,726,124 shares following this transaction equivalent to
4.27% of the issued share capital and voting rights.
