Director PDMR Shareholding

Mothercare plc announces that Mr David Williams, a non-executive
director of the company has today purchased the following Mothercare
ordinary shares:

            1,900 shares at 334p per share,

            2,875 shares at 339p per share

Following this announcement Mr Williams holds a total of 25,375
ordinary shares equivalent to 0.03% of the total voting rights of the
company.
