Mothercare plc: Director / PDMR Shareholding
Mothercare plc announces the vesting on 7 December of the award of
23,457 Mothercare ordinary shares made to Sue Malti under the 2006
three-year Performance Share Plan (PSP).
Mrs Malti has sold 9651 shares to discharge tax, national insurance
and dealing cost liabilities. Of the remaining shares, 6921 have been
sold. The sale price per share was 642.6118p.
Following this announcement Mrs Malti retains 6,885 shares equivalent
to 0.008% of the company's total voting rights.
