Director PDMR Shareholding - David Williams

Mothercare plc announces that Mr David Williams, a non-executive director of the
company, has purchased 5,000 Mothercare ordinary shares at a price of 499.862p
per share.

Following this announcement Mr Williams holds a total of 38,300 ordinary shares
equivalent to 0.0434% of the total voting rights of the company.
