Performance Share Plan July 2006
Mothercare plc announces that the Mothercare 2006 Performance Share Plan was
approved by shareholders at the annual general meeting on 20th July 2006 and the
first awards under the plan were made to the following directors/persons
discharging managerial responsibilities on 25th July 2006 in the form of nil
cost options that will vest in whole or part subject to the achievement of the
performance conditions.
