Mothercare plc announce that Mr Neil Harrington re-invested the dividend paid on
27 July on his existing holding of 5,000 shares in acquiring 89 Mothercare plc
50p shares on 2 August 2006 at a price of 338.0p per share. Following this
acquisition, Mr Harrington holds 5,089 shares, equivalent to 0.007% of the
issued share capital.
