its customers the ability to wager directly into co-mingled pools of
greyhound, thoroughbred and harness racetracks, jai-ali and frontons in the
USA and Europe. With the state of the art technology in place, Euro Off-Track
will also provide its totalistaor services to other betting entities desiring
to enter into the global Pari-Mutuel market.

Euro Off-Track has contracted with premier tracks including Derby Lane,
Jacksonsville Kennel Club, Palm Beach Kennel Club, and Flagler Greyhound Park
in the USA to offer wagering on their races. Euro Off-Track is also the
exclusive tote account off-track wagering provider for the Irish Greyhound
Board, featuring the Premier Irish dog tracks Shelbourne Park and Harold's
Cross in Dublin.
