The Directors announce that options in respect of a total of 145,600 Ordinary
Shares of 1p each have been exercised under the Company's share option plans.
Application has been made for these shares to be admitted to dealings on the
Alternative Investment Market and it is expected that dealings will commence
on 13th December 2000.
