The Company was informed on 7 April 2008 that on 3 March 2008, 950,000 ordinary
shares in the Company of 1 pence each were transferred to Burnbrae Limited, a
company whose entire share capital is held by a trust related to Jim Mellon. The
shares were transferred for nil consideration from Titec Limited, a trust also
related to Jim Mellon.

Following this transaction, Burnbrae Limited now has a beneficial interest of
108,341,465 Ordinary Shares in the share capital of the Company, representing
52.38% of the issued share capital.
