Re: Holding in Company, Aberdeen Asset Management Plc
Mothercare plc announce that it has been advised by Aberdeen Asset Management
PLC that its fund management operating subsidiaries have increased their
non-material holding in the company (representing discretionary funds under
management) and that their holding now comprises 7,325,944 ordinary Mothercare
plc 50p shares representing 10.08% of the issued share capital.
Mothercare's issued share capital is 72,665,549 ordinary 50p shares.
