Horse Racing Sponsorship

The Board of Webis Holdings plc, the global on-line gaming group, is pleased to announce that it has agreed sponsorship with Sandown Park racecourse for horse races taking place during August 2008. All races will be branded under the Company's sportsbook portal, betinternet.com. 

betinternet.com will be sponsoring all six races at Sandown on Friday 29 August and two prestigious races on Saturday 30 August. The Saturday meeting is the 50th anniversary of Sandown's 'Variety Club Day', with the feature races being 'The betinternet.com Solario Stakes', a Group 3 race over seven furlongs and 'The Best Odds Guaranteed at betinternet.com Stakes', a Class 2 Heritage Handicap over 1m 2f with a total prize fund of £100,000. These two races will be shown live in the UK on Channel 4, with the remainder of the two cards shown on Racing UK.

On both days, the Company will have complete branding coverage throughout the racecourse and paddock areas.
