The Board of betinternet.com plc ('the Company') announce that 3,500,000
warrants each to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share of 1p each at 12p have
been allotted to certain shareholders as detailed in the circular to
shareholders dated 12 December 2001. Admission to dealing in these warrants
commences 2 January 2002.
