As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, Mothercare plc has been informed that Lee Ginsberg, independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, is to be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of Trinity Mirror plc. 

Mr Ginsberg's appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Trinity Mirror plc and Chair of its Audit & Risk Committee will be with effect from 1 January 2014.
