Mothercare plc 2015 Management Incentive Plan
On 23 March 2015 Richard Smothers was granted a conditional share award over 78,125 ordinary shares in respect of the loss of long term incentive awards with his former employer. The vesting date was one year after commencement of his employment with Mothercare plc.
On 24 March 2016 Richard Smothers exercised the share award and sold and retained shares in accordance with the Company's remuneration policy as follows:
