Mothercare plc announces that, in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, it has been advised by BlackRock Inc, that its notifiable interest in the voting rights of Mothercare plc has crossed through the 5% threshold. The interest now comprises an indirect holding of 3,175,096 (3.58%) and CFDs of 1,363,333 or 1.54% ordinary 50p shares totalling 4,538,429 or 5.12% of the company's total voting rights.
