Mothercare plc announces that FIL Limited (the parent holding company for various direct and indirect subsidiaries) has increased its shareholding in Mothercare plc.

FIL Limited now holds 8,979,592 Mothercare ordinary shares, equivalent to 10.12% of Mothercare's total voting rights.
