Offer Update




On 17 May the Directors announced that the Company had received approaches
which they were reviewing and which may or may not lead to offers for the
share capital of the Company.  The Directors also announced that they were
reviewing various strategic options available to them which include remaining
independent.



The Directors are continuing to review approaches which they have received and
other options available to them for the development of the Company and a
further announcement will be made as soon as possible.
