                    APPOINTMENT OF TWO EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS

betinternet.com  plc  ('betinternet'), the  Isle  of  Man-based  Internet  and
telephone  betting services provider, today announces the appointment  of  two
new executive directors: Patrick Flanagan and Sean Graham.

Patrick Michael Flanagan, 46, joined betinternet in April from Ladbrokes where
he  had  worked since 1977, more latterly as Operations Director for  Ladbroke
International. His appointment takes effect from 1st November 2000. During the
last  five  years Mr Flanagan has been a director of the following  companies:
Balltree International Limited and Ladbrokes International Limited.

Sean  Patrick  Ciaran Graham, 32, also joined the Company last April.  He  has
extensive  industry  experience having worked for 15  years  in  his  family's
business,  S.P.  Graham Limited, where he was the race  room  controller.  His
appointment also takes effect from 1st November 2000.
