Horse Racing Sponsorship

The Board of Webis Holdings plc, the global on-line gaming group, is pleased to announce that it has agreed further sponsorship with Newmarket and Chepstow racecourses for horse races taking place during June and July 2008. All races will be branded under the Company's sportsbook portal, betinternet.com. 

betinternet.com will be sponsoring all seven races on the July Course at Newmarket on Saturday 28 June. The feature race is The betinternet.com Criterion Stakes, a Group 3 race over seven furlongs with a total prize fund of £47,000. In addition, there are two Listed races, The betinternet.com Empress Stakes and The betinternet.com Fred Archer Stakes. These three races will be shown live in the UK on Channel 4, with the remainder of the card shown on Racing UK.

On Friday 25 July, betinternet.com will be sponsoring five races on the evening card at Chepstow racecourse. This fixture is traditionally the second highest attended at Chepstow outside of the Welsh Grand National meeting and will be shown live on At The Races.

On both days, the Company will have complete branding coverage throughout the racecourse and paddock areas.
