FY22 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
Motorpoint Group PLC, the UK's leading independent omnichannel vehicle retailer, today announces that the following documents will be posted to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism:
· FY22 Annual Report and Accounts; and
· Notice of the 2022 AGM ("Notice of AGM") to be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 27 July 2022 at Numis Securities Ltd, 45 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7BF.
Copies of both documents are available on the Company's website at: http://www.motorpointplc.com .
The results of voting will be announced following the conclusion of the AGM and will also be available on the Group's website.
Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the FY22 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for viewing shortly at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
