Acquisition of residential property portfolio


In relation to the announcements released on the 21 December 2007, Mountview
announces that the Company has exchanged contracts with Holloways Properties
Limited, and paid the initial consideration, for the acquisition of a mixed
portfolio of residential properties for an aggregate cash consideration of
between £43.25 million and £43.81 million.
