Mountview has today been notified that Mrs E Langrish-Smith (wife of Mr K.
Langrish-Smith (director)), transferred 8,500 ordinary shares to their son for
nil consideration. Mrs Langrish-Smith also purchased on 29 March 2007, 320
ordinary shares at 6625p per share. As a result of the change of beneficial
ownership of the transfer of shares and the purchase in her own name, Mr
Langrish-Smith's revised holding is as follows:
Previous: 229,335 (5.88%)
Transferred: 8,500
Purchased: 320
New: 221,155 (5.67%)
