The Company announces that it has today been notified that Mr. D.M. Sinclair (Chairman) purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange market on 7 September 2011 at a price of 4050p per share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Sinclair's revised holding (including those of his wife) is as follows:
