Director's Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr. D.M. Sinclair (Chairman) has resigned,
with immediate effect, as a director of Viewthorpe Ltd, a major shareholder in
Mountview. As a result, Mr. Sinclair ceases to have an interest in a
non-beneficial holding of 107,950 ordinary shares. Mr. Sinclair's beneficial
holding remains unchanged.
