Mountview has today been notified that Mr K. Langrish-Smith (director) purchased
1,000 ordinary shares and Mrs E Langrish-Smith (wife of Mr K. Langrish-Smith)
purchased 125 shares. Both transactions were carried out on 19 March 2007 at
6450p.

As a result, Mr Langrish-Smith's revised holding is as follows:
