Mountview has, in accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 ('the
Act'), been notified of the following changes in shareholders' notifiable
interests as defined in section 198(2) of the Act. These changes are a result
of the repurchase by Mountview of 688,061 shares resulting in 3,899,014
ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 12 November 2001.
