Mountview have today been notified that Viewthorpe Ltd., of which Mr. D.M.
Sinclair (Chairman of Mountview) is a director, bought 500 ordinary shares of 5p
each in the Company at a price of £23.50 per share on 25 March 2003. Mr.
Sinclair's non-beneficial holding in the ordinary share capital of the Company
is now as follows:
