Director's Shareholding

Mountview were today notified that Mrs. E. Langrish-Smith (wife of K.
Langrish-Smith, Director) transferred 8,500 ordinary shares of 5p each (held in
account designation MLS) to Matthew Langrish-Smith in his own name on 10
September 2003. Mr. Langrish-Smith's holding in the ordinary share capital of
the Company is now as follows:

Keith Langrish-Smith (including those of his wife and family)

Previous:          230,000  (5.90%)
Transferred:         8,500
New:               221,500  (5.68%)
