Mountview has today been notified that the Executors of Mrs Doris Sinclair's
estate transferred 4,400 ordinary shares in Mountview on 14 February 2007. As a
result, the estate now holds 118,100 ordinary shares, representing 3.03% of the
issued share capital of the Company.
