Annual Report and Accounts 2012 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Mountview Estates P.L.C. has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 to shareholders together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at the offices of Norton Rose LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ on 15 August 2012 at 11.30am.

A copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2012 has been placed on the Company's website at www.mountviewplc.co.uk, will be filed with the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do .

These documents are also available for inspection at the Company's registered office at Mountview House, 151 High Street, Southgate, London N14 6EW.
