Annual General Meeting - Poll Result

The Annual General Meeting of Mountview Estates PLC was held today. All of the
resolutions proposed at the meeting were passed.

On resolution number 7 (Special Business) which was a resolution to approve the
proposed purchase by Miss J.L. Murphy, a Director of the Company of a property
owned by the Company, was subject to a poll.

The resolution was passed and the result of the poll was as follows:
