MOUNTVIEW ESTATES PLC ('Mountview' or 'the Company')
Substantial Shareholdings
Mountview has today been notified of the following transactions carried out on
22 August 2006 all at a price of 4750p per share:
Mrs E. Langrish-Smith (the wife of Mr K. Langrish-Smith, a director of the
Company), bought 5,650 ordinary shares. Mrs S.M. Simkins and Mrs A. Williams
each sold 1,935 ordinary shares. The Frank and Daphne Sinclair Grandchildren
Settlement bought 4,500 ordinary shares.
As a result of the above, the resulting revised holdings of the above are as set
out below:
K. Langrish-Smith and Mrs E. Langrish-Smith
Previous 221,500 (5.68%)
New: 227,150 (5.82%)
Mrs S.M. Simkins
Previous 171,554 (4.40%)
New: 169,619 (4.35%)
Mrs A. Williams
