Analyst and investor visit

Molins PLC, the international specialist engineering company, is hosting a visit
for analysts and investors to two of its tobacco machinery facilities in Milton
Keynes on Tuesday 17 June 2003.

The purpose of the visit is to provide an opportunity to meet senior management
and to see the company's facilities.  The tour will take in the technologically
advanced analytical equipment which Cerulean supplies to the tobacco industry
and the UK based machinery rebuild facility, Molmac.

There will be no discussion about current trading or future financial
performance that is not already in the public domain.
