LONG TERM INCENTIVE PLAN
AWARDS
Molins PLC announces the conditional grants by the Remuneration Committee to the
Executive Directors of the Company on 2 March 2007 of awards, under the rules of
the Long Term Incentive Plan, of ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company as
set out below.

The realisation of awards in the Plan is dependent on Company performance
criteria over the three years ending 31 December 2009.
LAPSE OF AWARDS
Molins PLC announces that the under mentioned awards of conditional grants of
ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, made under the rules of the
Company's Long Term Incentive Plan, have lapsed because the performance criteria
have not been met.
