Molins PLC has been advised that the number of ordinary shares in which Mr. P J
Byrom, a director of the Company, is treated as having a beneficial interest has
decreased by 1,200 to 299,400, as a result of one of Mr. Byrom's children, for
whom the shares were held, having reached the age of 18.
