Molins PLC ('the Company') announces that it received notification on 13 June
2001 from Jupiter Asset Management Limited on behalf of its client Jupiter
Enhanced Income Investment Trust PLC ('Enhanced') that following a transaction
on 12 June 2001 Enhanced no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's
ordinary shares in issue.
