EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of Molins PLC held on 31 March 2000,
shareholders approved the resolution giving the company authority to make
further market purchases of up to 4,838,671 ordinary shares (representing
approximately 15% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital at the date of
the notice convening the meeting).
