Further to the Company's announcement on 3rd September 2007 regarding the share
purchase agreement entered into between Mokirei Aya Ltd. ('Mokirei Aya') and
Inspire Investment Ltd. ('Inspire') for the purchase of Mokiei Aya's holdings in
MTI Computers and Software Services (1982) Ltd. ('MTI Computers'), the principal
shareholder of the Company, the Company hereby announces that it has been
informed by MTI Computers that Inspire has decided not to complete the share
purchase transaction.
