AGM notice

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of MTI will be held at the offices of Noble & Company Limited, 120 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR, on Tuesday, 3 March 2009 at 14:00 to present the Report and Accounts, re-appoint Directors, re-appoint the Company's auditors and amend the CEO's remuneration package.

The Company's final results will be released on Monday 2 March 2009.

Notice of the AGM has been sent to all shareholders of the Company today.
