Results of EGM

The Board of MTI are pleased to announce that the resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today was passed unanimously.

As a result, the definitive agreements for the purchase of MTI'shead office located at 11 Hamelacha St., Afek Industrial Park, Rosh-Ha'Ayin, 48091, Israel Property and the lease to MTI Computers & Software Services (1982) Ltd. (the "Transactions") will now be executed and completed.

Further details of the Transactions are contained in the announcement made by MTI on 20 October 2010.
