MTI Wireless Edge Ltd. (MWE), a market leader in the manufacture of flat panel antennas for fixed wireless broadband and a wireless irrigation solution provider, announces that at its extraordinary general meeting held earlier today both resolutions were passed.

As a consequence of the passing of resolution 1, MTI has adopted new articles of association. A copy of MTI's new articles of association will shortly be available for download from the Company's website www.mtiwe.com, in accordance with the requirements of Rule 26 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
