APPOINTMENT



Mulberry announces that Martin Mason joins the Board of Mulberry Company
(Design) Limited, the Groups main operating subsidiary as Sales and Marketing
Director.   Martin takes up his new role on 3rd February.  He joins Mulberry
from Pringle where he was Sales and Marketing Director since 1999.



Martin will be responsible for the planning and implementation of Mulberry's
global sales and marketing strategy.



'This key appointment completes the Executive Team which we started building
nearly two years ago', said Godfrey Davis, Chairman.



Martin Mason added, 'Mulberry is an exceptional brand and I am looking forward
to realising its full potential with the support of my new colleagues.'
